  • Can I return my item?
    I really hope you will love your item as much as I have loved making it. I always make sure my items are made to the highest standard, and they won't leave me unless I am 100% happy with them. I cannot except returns because most of my items are handmade to order, unless the item has arrived damaged or there is a mistake. If you do any any problems with your order, please do contact me as soon as possible.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes! If you something in mind I would love to make it a reality. You can send me an email, or use the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a set budget please do let me know so I can try and work within that. If you are happy with the quote and want to go ahead with the order, payment is as follows: For orders under £100 I will set up a custom order for you on my Etsy store. Once this is checked out and payment has been received I will begin your order. I can send progress photos during the making process if you would like and the item will ship to you within the agreed timescale. For large pieces over £100 I would require 50% of the cost upfront for materials and will request the final amount before shipping. Returns I do not accept returns on custom orders (unless it arrives damaged). I will ensire we will have lots of communication and photos along the way to ensure you are totally in love with your piece!
  • How do I clean my items?
    I would reccomend spot cleaning only on wall hangings, bags and purses. Plant hangers that have NOT been dip dyed can be rinsed under warm water and hung to dry naturally to remove any dust.
  • What are you processing times?
    Most items are made and shipped within 3-5 working days. I do update my lead times on my etsy listings if it will be longer so please take note before you check out. If you need something quickly please don't hesitate to contact me and I may be able to get it dispatched quicker for you.
  • How long will my item take to arrive?
    You can find shipping estimates in the policy section of my shop. While I will always despatch on or before the stated despatch date, I cannot predict or control this once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can I be held responsible. Please see above for information on the tracked and signed for services I offer. Although most do arrive in the given time frame, please allow the following: For Items posted within Europe, please allow up to 20 working days. For international orders, please allow up to 25 working days for the rare occurrence of items getting held up at customs.
  • My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?"
    Sometimes the postal service do loose packages. This is out of my control and very fustrating for yourself and me. If it has been longer than my advised time scales, please send me a message with your item details and I will look into it for you. If you didn't pay extra for tracking I wont be able to provide tracking information. I will happily re-send your item or give you a full refund if it hasn't arrived within 20 working days (UK/ Europe) or 25 working days (rest of the world)
  • It says you don't ship to my country, is that correct?"
    If you see an item on my Etsy shop but says shipping is unavaliable please send me a message with your destination and I will be happy to give you a shipping price.
  • Why does my item looks different from the photos?
    All items are handmade by myself so they will not be direct copies of the original product n the photo. The handmade nature or the items makes them unique and special. Of course if you are unhappy with your item in any way please contact me.
  • Do you offer gift wrap?
    All my items are hand wrapped in green tissue and tied with cord making them perfect to send as gifts direct to the recipient. If you would like to do this, please add a note on check out and I will not include an invoice within the parcel and can hand write a note if you wish.
